By default, the agent uses the proxy configuration of the machine on which it is installed.
The machine must have Internet access for the AD Rating agent to work.If a proxy is configured on the machine where the AD Rating agent is installed, then the agent will take the system proxy configuration to communicate with the SaaS platform.
The agent uses the same configuration as Edge, Internet Explorer and Google Chrome browsers. If these browsers have access to the Internet, the agent will work correctly.
If a firewall is in place, it must allow communication between the machine hosting the AD Rating agent and the SaaS platform.
