Learn how to import your MFA accesses following a change of phone on 2 applications
For Microsoft Authenticator
Activate the backup option on your old phone by going to your application settings, "Backup" section and Activate "Cloud Backup" on Android or "iCloud Backup" on your Iphone.
Once these settings have been activated, when you connect to your new phone on the Microsoft Authentificator application, and if you connect to the same Microsoft account as the one used on your old device, and you select "Start recovery", you'll automatically have access to all your multiple authentication codes.

For Google Authenticator
On your old phone, click on the menu button at the top right of the application and select "Transfer accounts", then "Export accounts". Check the accounts you wish to transfer and select "Next".
Your old phone will then generate a QR code that will allow you to obtain your codes on your new phone. On your new phone, select "import account", and scan your QR code. All your codes will be transferred.
