You can receive notifications by email or by setting up a webhook.
By accessing to the profile, users have the option to configure two types of webhooks: Microsoft Power Automate/or Slack. (MS TEAMS is now obsolete. Please do not select this option. Although it is still visible during our customers' migration period, it will be removed from the software in the near future).
To enable these webhooks, navigate to your Profile:
And choose the desired options:
Enter the URL that corresponds to your desired webhook and select the event categories you wish to receive notifications for. A variety of categories are available for selection. All you have to do is enter the corresponding URL and then choose the event categories. There are several categories. If no category is selected, the webhook will affect all the alerts in the list. Selecting certain categories is only available for filtering - you don't need it if you want all the alerts.
Here are the details of the categories:
- Account : Information on the expiration of your customer account.
- AD Rating - Domain : Events related to the life cycles and information exchanges betxeen the sr and the remote agent.
- AD Rating - rating : Information related to the Security Rating Index, not specified in the provided legends.
- Advanced test : Details related to specific investigations, not specified in the provided legends.
- Rating : Drop in the rating / High and Critical severity findings on the security rating and the AD rating.
- Security Rating - Mapping : information regarding cartography : validation, addition/removal of a tag, cartography pending validation, number of assets exceeding the authorized threshold.
- Security Rating- Security incidents : Information related to discovered security incidents.
- Surveys : Status of creation, validation, signature or pendung, reminder of a need for completion.
- Users : Information on user accounts (account activation, invitation, user not connected for a certain period, first login).
