Manage the companies and users' tags

Tags allow to organise your companies, filter the data on the multi-company dashboard and apply access restrictions to users.

Add tags to companies in an account

 Add a tag when creating the company on the account :

1. You can add some tags to a companies when adding a company during step 4 : ”Options”.
2. Click on “No tags”.
3. Name the tag, then click on “+" to add it.

Add a tag on a company already in the account :

1. In "Companies" click on the company you want and then click on the wheel to access the company's options.
2. Click on "No tag".
3. Name the tag, then click on “+" to add it.

Using tags on the multi-company Dashboard : 

Once you have created your tags, access your multi-company dashboard. Then click on the ‘Filter’ option to select the tag or tags you wish to apply.

Use tags to manage user access restrictions

You can also use those companies' tags to manage user access restrictions.
